Dr. Lim has been committed to the patients of Somerset Ophthalmology since joining the practice in 2004.

Born and raised in the Metropolitan Detroit area, she received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan in 1993.   She then went on to Wayne State University School of Medicine where she received a Master of Science in Basic Medical Services in 1995 and her Doctor of Medicine in 2000.

After a Transitional Medicine Internship at Oakwood Hospital in 2001, Dr. Lim completed her residency at Kresge Eye Institute in 2004, having served as Chief Resident in her last year.

Dr. Lim is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.  She is active in many professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, the Michigan State Medical Society and American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

The recipient of several awards and honors, Dr. Lim received the research award at the Kresge Eye Institute Clinical Conference in 2002.

Outside of the office, Dr. Lim enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her husband and children.  She resides in Troy, MI.
