Dr. Anna Luisa Di Lorenzo, M.D., founder of Somerset Ophthalmology, brings over three decades of experience as a highly respected ophthalmologist specializing in cataracts, refractive laser procedures, and muscle imbalance. With a strong commitment to providing top-quality eye care, she is dedicated to improving patients’ lives. Dr. Di Lorenzo’s, M.D., leadership extends to mission work in Kenya and underserved Michigan clinics. She is board-certified in ophthalmology and internal medicine, holds various positions within the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and actively contributes to medical education as a professor. Dr. Di Lorenzo’s, M.D., passion for travel, giving back, and her diverse interests in acting, cycling, running, and travel make her a well-rounded physician who deeply cares about her patients’ well-being. Dr. Sue Lim, M.D.
Dr. Sue Lim, M.D., is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan and Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She also completed her residency in ophthalmology at Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit, where she was awarded the honor as Chief Resident. Dr. Lim, M.D., has been an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine since 2016. She also enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge with William Beaumont Hospital Family Medicine Residents, as well as students, as they rotate through the practice. Dr. Lim, M.D.,specializes in cataract, glaucoma and laser surgery.

Dr. Elizabeth R. Duvall, M.D.
Dr. Duvall, M.D., is a highly accomplished and dedicated ophthalmologist, specializing in comprehensive eye care, cataract and refractive surgery, and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). She graduated with honors from State of Louisiana Medical College, and her expertise has earned her recognition and praise within the field. Dr. Duvall’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Washington and Lee University, where she excelled academically and was actively involved in music and performing arts. She then pursued her Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, where she received multiple scholarships and awards for her exceptional performance. After completing her internship and ophthalmology residency at Beaumont Health – Royal Oak, Dr. Duvall, M.D., further distinguished herself through research and active engagement in professional committees. She also demonstrated her commitment to community service by participating in a medical mission trip to Kenya, providing essential eye care to underserved populations. Dr. Duvall’s, M.D., passion for education, service, and her patients shines through in her unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding eye care.
